Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Representative. This role begins with a structured 5-month training program designed to build your skills and confidence in a professional sales environment. After completing the program and meeting performance goals, you'll transition into a full-time sales role with your own client base and commission opportunities.


What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and video
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer service
  • Learn about our products and services to effectively explain their value
  • Keep accurate records and assist with reporting
  • Research new opportunities and help grow the business

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of Sales experience within Building Products, Construction, or Design
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in creative or design-focused work is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail; CRM experience is a bonus

Additional Info:

Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000 Base (Depending on Experience)- Commission starts after first 5-months
